Enima AI provides AI-powered customer communication automation services, including but not limited to voice AI, WhatsApp automation, social media management, and email automation. Services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Services are billed according to the plan you select. Payments are processed monthly in advance. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with service continuing until the end of your current billing period.
Enima AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All intellectual property rights in the service and its content remain the property of Enima AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
